1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuroInkX ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on NeuroInkX for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on NeuroInkX
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify NeuroInkX of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated through NeuroInkX, including but not limited to assets, templates, and brand configurations, remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. NeuroInkX retains rights to the platform software and infrastructure.

5. Service Limitations

NeuroInkX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeuroInkX, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
